background, or customize your monochrome text/background
contrast color setting from a color palette.
iDEX offers a unique foldable and lightweight design that is
lighter and more compact than any other distance magnification
camera available. iDEX weighs only 2 pounds. It can be
packed into your backpack or computer case, or carry iDEX in
its custom canvas case.
iDEX is PC-compatible with Windows XP and Windows Vista. iDEX
comes with a software CD that controls the camera and image
settings. Users can quickly change image mode or text and
background colors, adjust brightness and contrast, turn the auto
focus feature on or off, capture an image, and hotkey from the
iDEX image to the PC screen image.
Also, iDEX is compatible with the popular screen enlargement
software packages, like ZoomText. Load the iDex software, then
run iDEX independently or simultaneously with ZoomText. Even
use both applications in split screen simultaneously,. You
select the location, shape and size of the iDEX camera screen
and the PC image (with or without ZoomText magnification.).
